These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, products, and services provided by Vantage Innovations LLC (“Vantage Innovations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including CONNEXUS. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

CONNEXUS is a men’s mental health and wellness community designed to help adults connect with other people through peer conversations, groups, community activities, wellness resources, and related features.

CONNEXUS is intended for users age 18 and older.

CONNEXUS is not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, or emergency services. Peer members are not presented as licensed mental health professionals unless specifically identified otherwise.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service. Crisis and emergency resources may also be made available through CONNEXUS.

User Accounts

Certain features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account except where otherwise required by law.

Users must interact with others respectfully and may not use CONNEXUS to engage in harassment, bullying, threats, violence, sexual misconduct, hate or abusive conduct, scams, impersonation, dangerous offline conduct, illegal activity, or other conduct that threatens the safety or integrity of the community.

Vantage Innovations LLC may investigate reported conduct and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable law.

Information and interactions available through CONNEXUS are intended for general wellness, community, informational, and peer-support purposes.

Members should not use CONNEXUS to diagnose another member with a mental health condition. Community members are not expected or encouraged to assess or report another member as having a mental health diagnosis.

Nothing provided through ordinary peer or community features should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

CONNEXUS may allow users to create, discover, join, or participate in activities and in-person gatherings.

Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when meeting other members. Vantage Innovations LLC does not guarantee the identity, conduct, suitability, safety, or reliability of individual users or user-created activities.

Users should follow applicable laws, use reasonable personal-safety precautions, and report prohibited conduct through available safety features when appropriate.

SMS Terms

CONNEXUS may offer optional transactional SMS communications from Vantage Innovations LLC.

Users may choose to provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages related to CONNEXUS. These messages may include phone-number verification codes and important activity-related notifications, such as activity cancellations.

SMS participation is optional and is not required to create or maintain a CONNEXUS account.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive applicable SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Notifications

CONNEXUS may provide in-app, push, email, or other service-related notifications depending on available features and your preferences. Some communications may be necessary for account security, verification, safety, or administration.

User Content

Users may be able to submit messages, profile information, activity information, reports, or other content through CONNEXUS.

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to provide it. You may not submit unlawful content or content that violates the rights of others.

Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features as CONNEXUS and other Vantage Innovations LLC services evolve.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Our services may rely on or provide access to third-party services. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and policies.

Vantage Innovations LLC and its licensors retain their respective rights in CONNEXUS, our websites, software, branding, designs, and other proprietary materials, except for content owned by users or third parties.

These Terms do not grant users ownership of Vantage Innovations LLC intellectual property.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our services when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, protect users or the service, prevent abuse or fraud, comply with legal requirements, or protect the rights and safety of Vantage Innovations LLC or others.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every individual purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vantage Innovations LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms as our services, business, or legal obligations evolve. When appropriate, we will update the effective date displayed on this page. Continued use of the services after revised Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
